My break didnt really feel like a holiday since I was planning the bf's Surprise 30th from beginning of Dec (actually long before then but official planning started in Dec), then had friends over to stay, also had the bf's family down from PE, and then after everything (the very next day nogal) I dashed off to JHB for Asus training which was super intense.

I had been working in a job that I hated for over a year and this holiday was the first break that I'd had! I had just over 3 weeks off before I started my new job. Although it could have been longer I'm happy that I'm not still stuck in that situation! smile.gif

I work with my father and we run the our home-based architectural drawing business together, so if work comes in we do it and if it doesn't then I have time off. So no set leave for me unfortunately sad.gif

Break? What break?

I haven't had an actual go-away holiday in years. I can't find someone who can look after all my pets, nor can I actually really afford to spend the cash for a holiday and I get homesick really fast, so no. No breaks for me.

Nope, no holiday for me either. December and January are our busiest months at the SPCA, and I also put all the spare cash I get back into caring for my animals, of which I have many. And don't trust people with caring for my pets, so don't go away either, ever. ggmr.gif
